The photo sent to us with the location of the truck had a truck that was not ours. It was the Only truck visible when we arrived for early pick up and it was not the correct truck. After calling and talking with traffic manager who said her information showed the truck was there, we walked around back and found our truck on what looked to be someone's yard. NOT a good experience.

They need to do something with their road it's horrible, once we got it back to our old place and opened it up the blankets were thrown everywhere and not swept out, we folded blankets up and put them up top where they belonged and other than that it was a really good experience and we already have told several other people that asked about where we rented it from because they are moving soon so they have the phone number to call when they are ready to move. 😊✌️
