I submitted a complaint on November 15 2018 about my experience on November 14 with a rental truck that did not operate from this location and was told I would receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with this complaint and receiving a credit to my account. I had tried to resolve this matter with the manager of this location. To this date I have not received any such email. Sadly during this time I have also been very overwhelmed with a health crisis with my 89 year old mother. I would appreciate a phone call at 585-671-7333 ASAP to resolve this matter. Thank you

I reserved a cargo van at the lake ave site. When I arrived for pick-up the cargo van was not available. I then had to take an Uber to 1875 Ridge Road to secure a cargo van. I was not at all happy with my experience.

The truck I had was a 26’ the steering was so loose that it was frightening to drive I had to constantly correct the movement of the truck because of how loose the steering was im assuming they were bad tie rods. There is no way I’m the first one to experience this in that truck it seems to have been neglected for quite some time. In my eyes this is completely unacceptable, I’m used to driving large trucks and with weight but someone that is not could have gotten in to an accident and hurt or killed them selfs or other on the road. When I returned the truck I wanted to talk to someone about the safety of the vehicle, at this time I was completely ignored by two employees as they wanted to get closed up for the night and pointed to the key drop and never looked back my way as I stood there waiting before I finally left with no resolve and a bitter taste for the disrespect I had experienced. So over all I would look else where for any truck rental needs in the future.

The truck was clean but the steering was very sloppy the truck had a tendency to drift and the back door was very hard to open and close. It took 2 people to get it down to latch. We have used them many times over the years and have always been satisfied with the vehicles but this time we were not pleased. I know it is hard to keep every vehicle in top condition but I think that those things should be priority.

No walk through was done prior to the rental truck being released however a walk through was done when the truck was returned, luckily there were no damages to the truck however if there were this could have caused an issue. The truck also advertises the lowest cost however Budget rental truck offers a 16’ truck for less. Overall the service was decent, I would rent from them again.

Why am I receiving a receipt for something that was rented last year?! Rental date is 10/25/2017 but return date is incorrectly specified as 12/31/2018. Not sure why the wrong return date was entered.

I believe the young man that took care of us was Lorenzo.We went in to rent a truck to move my elderly mother and just wasn't having a great day.Lorenzo made the day a little better just by talking to us and he completely related to what we were going through.By the time we walked out and got in the truck to leave,I felt so much better.I know the rental process usually takes no time at all to complete,but the fact that he took the time to ease our minds about what we were going through just meant the world to us.He is a fine young man and your company should be proud to have such a great employee.

How about checking the equipment in when I return it, and not two days later, so I get my receipt on time for reimbursement. Making me call and talk to someone at corporate who couldn’t help me wasn’t great customer service. I had to go back to the store to resolve the problem. It did not please me one bit to have to do that!



Wide selection of vehicles available. Wide selection of accessories on the premises for rent or purchase. I was able to extend my rental period by phone without a hitch. Trouble-free check in and check out. Low priced gas at Kwik Fill gas station nearby. Being new to the area I chose this dealer based on the recommendation of a local storage business. I was not disappointed.

We had a reservation for 12:00 noon; there were probably 5 people ahead of when we arrived at this location at 11:55a. We FINALLY pulled out of the parking lot at 12:50p. Don’t think this is normal. In my opinion, this is a serious customer service flaw! Although staff were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, I feel it is unacceptable to have to wait almost an hour to pick up a rental vehicle. The return process was much more efficient.

Not enough staff. Took long time to check in. Waited in truck for over 15 minutes for someone to return truck, finally found someone who didn't give me a receipt. Said the receipt would be emailed, still haven't received it 2 days later.

Im a system member, so I know that a document holder is suppose to be provided to all customers. I was in line for 3 customers, plus myself, and I did not receive one. Otherwise the service was great, and fast.

AT NO FAULT OF THE LOCATION my reservation got seriously screwed up. I reserved a different truck at a different location, was rerouted to this location but at the wrong time, and in fixing the time j was given a MUCH smaller truck which required two trips and 2x the mileage cost. Unacceptable, and I will be contacting customer service as soon as my receipt is emailed to me, as the attendant promised it would be.
