Young man had a very poor attitude and when I suggested he change it, he expressed that he was a manager and he did not have to do anything. This struck me as odd, considering this was my 3rd rental in a week. I thought my money and opinion mattered. I will be taking my business to Enterprise.

No one was outside to receive the truck. I went inside and the young man did not acknowledge me as he had another client. It would be courteous to say, "Ma'am we will be with you in a minute," and continue with their client. It wasn't until an African American young man came in and helped me that I got service. I was waiting inside and I waited. I went out to the truck to see what was the hold up. He explained that the system was slow. I waited a few minutes more and he got me my receipt. He was courteous the whole time.

this location needs to improve their customer service, I was not allow to get into my unit from May to September because of a broken door, which took all the way to September just to talk to the manager, will never use uhaul storage again or this location ever again

Continue to have at least 3 people staffing the front counter at peak puck up time. I walked in and 3 of us were waiting. As I walked out, 10 people were waiting. Get an app that opens your invoices online or at least give a clue which to use. I already have the U haul app on my phone and that didn't do it. I wrote to the email address given to explain and never heard back.

Offer an analog alternative to the after-hours return system. In other words, provide turn-in forms that can be filled out with a pen. Not everybody has a smart phone!

I got 17' truck .Everything is clean and well maintained.It would be great If you could provide the lock and key to lock the uhaul door. In my scenario I had to park uhaul (fully loaded with my stuff) way far from my residence overnight and I dont have a key to lock the door .

It would be nice to have someone to check people in and someone to pull-up the trucks the trucks. It doesn't look right when the guys have to leave their work station to go and check-in vehicles AND pull-up the trucks. It should be someone specifically handling each work station.

I first called the location and was told nothing was available. I then went on and reserved a truck for the same location. When i went to pick up the truck there were issues with the ignition. The sales seemed to have an attitude because i asked him to switch out the truck.

There were tons of trucks on the lot but I think I got the most worn down. It drove well enough but when it started to rain hard the right windshield wiper cam off and I had to drive like that for three miles. I also reccomend you ADD A STEP for getting into your trucks. Not only men drive them. Other than that, I suggest you label your truck better since your attendants never explained anything to me. Remember that if you want to expand your business it needs to be user friendly for ALL your clients, young, old, male, and female.

Well first of all to improve the place when you guys give somebody a reservation please have the reservation ready don't tell me that I can't get a truck due to a customer not bringing my truck in I had poor experience poor bad customer service and poor help the best thing you guys can do is help your customers and make it customers feel welcome
