I would recommend this facility only to rent a truck. Storage? Stay away it's not worth the space they rent out and unlike other companies, if you move out the storage half month early you don't get reimbursed for remaining month, which we should as we paid for the full month.

The Cargo van I got had a lot of water on the rubber may in the cargo area. I pointed it out to the guy who gave me the key and told him we are moving mattresses & bedding and don't want them wet/stained etc. His reply was "guess you'll need to put a tarp or something down then"!!! He said it was because they washed it out the day before, which I appreciate the cleaning but they should've dried it out & since they hadn't then he should've offered to get me something to cover it, or use a blower to blow it out, something! start He had had me sign the damage waiver inside with no intent of walking around it with me checking for existing damage, so I had said I wanted to do that like always with the box trucks I've rented before from various Uhaul locations including this one. His reply to that was, "if you want to, but this is new with only 3300 miles"- we barely get out the door & can see a big dent in the rear! Then the water inside it! Makes me think he purposely was leaving out the wall around pre-existing check!.....I've had great experiences at this location before, but NOT THIS TIME!

I was charged an additional fee for gas after an overnight drop. I drove 5 miles, there was no reason to charge me an additional 13.00. I drove exactly what i entered into the contract, the truck did not sit and idle at all. I’m very unhappy I consider this an unfair charge

I picked up my truck and the employee forgot to give me my dolly, the back door was frozen shut and another employee had to take a crowbar too it good thing the one forgot the dolly otherwise I wouldn't be able to even open it then I had to drive the long way cause there was no wiper fluid in the truck at all I had to fill at my own expense when I went to drop it off the lot was completely blocked so I had to leave it out front this drew an attitude from I guess the person in charge that he had to move it after the lot cleared I was never even offered a refund or discount for this horrible exp.!!!

I had the most horrible experience ever. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone and especially if they need to reach out to customer service. I dealt with an absolutely horrible person after it taking over an hour to pick up a vehicle. Only to get hung up on because she clearly hates her job based on the tone of her voice. Peggy. Very, very, very bad customer service, they all were rude, I would never recommend this location to anyone.



When a customer comes in weeks ahead to place a reservation for a truck, honor that reservation by actually reserving the truck for them. Do NOT call them 20 hours before pick-up and tell them that "there are no trucks that size available" and offer them a truck that is 6 feet shorter than the truck that they "reserved." This is how you lose future business from customers like myself.



Truck DC 1178F has a small water leak in box roof. Passenger side middle.

A fuse was blown on the tow trailer electrical system which took some time to diagnose and repair. Since my reservation was placed in advance and it was known that it included an auto transport, I expected Uhaul to make sure all equipment was in proper working order. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Otherwise, my experience was good and the staff was helpful.

Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.. dealt with a guy named Todd Penion at the front desk who was rude and focused more on smoking his cigarettes than helping us. They didn't do a walk around the truck and when we had a question about the gas and they came out to look at it they were mad. We also had to track them down because they didn't give us the dolly which we paid for and when they finally did the dolly was not in good shape so we asked for another one and they walked away ignoring us so we had to go around back and get our own. And when we returned the truck that day Todd completely ignored us so we had to just leave the key and didn't get a question answered we had. Horrible experience and will never go back and will inform our friends

Don’t charge $4 a gallon for gas. Was on 7/8 tank of gas when I left, drove 7.9 miles, put 2.004 gallons back in it and was charged $8.09 extra for gas to get back to 7/8 of a tank. Also let people know if the use the dolly that is in the truck they get charged $7..
