Eugene HIt’s extremely confusion when you get there there needs to be someone at the gate that will assist you. I stood out there for 20 minutes before I was able to get my truck. Also I had to redo everything on the app when I already registered online.
Sandra RThe Uhaul office / window is not clearly marked. I used the web, not the app and I walked around the building for a few minutes looking for an entrance, when the location only uses an unmarked service window that looks like every other window at the location. It would be useful to have a sign with Uhaul branding to indicate where to pick up & drop off keys.
