I am always skeptical of U-Haul. Not a fan of mandatory download and no assistance onsite; but the gentlemen at this location was both attentive and supportive.

The guy at the desk was not professional at all. I asked him questions and he never replied I felt very disrespected. I totally felt ignored. The short guy rather was better.
