This was the second time returning to this location. Both times = exceptional customer service. This second time was especially helpful as we were advised that even though we received truck with no fuel, if we didn't fuel to match the image, we would be charged X. Had no idea. He also let us know about a potential credit our way because we did match the fuel. I am hoping to discuss all of this when a rep calls us in regard to the pick-up location.
