Had a very good experience and was able to extend as needed due to unforseen circumstances. They were very nice and accommodating and didn't fuss at me for backing up crooked, we both actually laughed about it lol. Will definitely use again.

The staff there, primarily Felicia, was thorough and patient with the requirements and expectations regarding the rental. The spirit in the office is welcoming, which can be overwhelming for anyone during times of personal transition. Interruptions always happen while moving, but contacting them immediately can only improve your experience at this U-Haul office. If only customer service was a staple at every business establish like this, highlights would be difficult to award. I was honored to used this U-haul and would highly recommend their services to the public.
