I was forced to use this location because my "confirmed" truck at another location wasn't there. I had to take a 26ft truck instead of a 20ft. I really only needed a 15ft truck, but none were available. This truck smelled (reeked really) of marijuana. I returned the truck after only a few hours. No one was there. It had a quarter tank, and I returned it with a quarter tank. They charged me for $30 in a fuel service fee, plus $11.50 in fuel and other charges totaling $142.17. My $39 daily rental turned out to be a sick joke. Absolutely horrendous. I'm certainly telling everyone that I know but please tell your team not to push any more rentals to this location. Had I known, I would have told them to send me to Pearl or anywhere else really to avoid being ripped off.
