Everything was good at the end, the only issue we’ve got into was changing our preferred location less than 24 hours previous to the rental, change our picked up time for 1 hour later and when we’ve got to the new location they didn’t have any reservation for us. Hopefully the guy at the front desk, can’t remember his name, was so helpful that we ended up with the truck

When someone calls the day before the rental to assure that the equipment also being rented will be put in the back of the truck and upon rental there’s nothing in the back is very frustrating. On a Saturday night at 8:30pm trying to locate two dolly’s for the next morning is nearly impossible. This inaction made the next days move a lot more difficult than it needed to be. Not impressed AT ALL!!!
