Clean every vehicle you loan out both inside & out. The vehicle you loaned out to me was filthy both inside and out. Make sure there’s at least a 1/2 tank of fuel and not less than a 1/4 tank that you thought was acceptable. Taking pride in what you do goes a long way in the service you provide your guests. This rental, its condition and especially its lack of fuel was an epic and absolute failure and could have been avoided. Hopefully this review will encourage you and your location to do what’s needed going forward to make your guests rental experience a positive one. .
