Idiot did not know how to give a military discount. Pads were WET. Did not have hand truck or pads on hand. I had to wait 30 minutes while they tried to find some. At close out, it took 20 minutes to PRINT a receipt. Assistant smelled of pot. Current drivers license and current military identification were not sufficient UHaul required I provide a third party contact. WILL NEVER USE uhaul EVER AGAIN!!!

CESAR VI had a reservation at the beach and Southside and they didn't have any trucks available and they had to switch me to this location that had what I wanted and made it fast for pickup unlike Southside and beach that's slow didn't get my ganteed fifty for reservation
John HEveryone was very professional and kind. Truck was very nice. Definitely will use this location again if needed as well as highly recommend to family/friends.
