The digital online check in of the vehicle wasn’t working so I asked them to manually close it out since it was during business hours. He returned the truck but left the trailer rented out until two days later then charged me additional fees. Made it difficult to get a refund initially.

NOEL ACheck-in was quick and painless.
Larry PI received a call 18 hours after I turned the U-Haul back in two hours only stating I was 18 hours late. To add insult to injury when I dropped it off I asked for a receipt and was told I will receive it in the form of an email. Once the call ended I was charged an additional fee after being told I was not going to be.
