I received a call 18 hours after I turned the U-Haul back in two hours only stating I was 18 hours late. To add insult to injury when I dropped it off I asked for a receipt and was told I will receive it in the form of an email. Once the call ended I was charged an additional fee after being told I was not going to be.
MICHAEL CThe driver side headlight was out and the other headlight was pointed at the sky and when I brought it back, the guy was like oh that U-Haul wasn’t supposed to go out in the whole inside of it was dirty. I was not happy with it at all.
AMANDA HI had no technical help to find out why the trailer safety lights (brake, turn signals) did not work. Otherwise, the rental went smoothly.
JOSEPH KPick up was quick and easy. They were very patient when I went to return and got the trip mileage mixed up with the overall mileage. Friendly guys, I rent from this location again.
