The location did not feel safe. The right windshield wiper blade was broken. I had a requested a furniture dolly, but none was included.

LUIS ZI would like some reimbursement for this rental. The location I had scheduled for pickup was changed that morning I was supposed to pick up the truck. The new location I went to was unaware that I had a reservation. I was there for an extended amount of time just trying to pick the truck up. It had 1/16 of gas in the truck. I chose a specific location because I would be dropping the truck off at night. The new location I had to go back to was in a very unsafe part of Jacksonville. I was very disappointed during the entire process.
