I rented the the truck on 6/1/26 first he put the wrong name in the computer and I had an alert so I called U-Haul and representative. Felicia assisted me and noticed his mistake that he had made and she helped me correct his mistake. He never put in my truck for the return and I had to call U-Haul back and see what was going on with the money that was on hold in my account. Again, I called and I received the representative Felicia . She works on Normandy and she was able to complete my order and returned my truck for me a day later she was such a great help. I truly believe she deserves a raise. she was very professional and handled the situation for me so I was very unsatisfied with how he handled the business, but thank God for Miss Felicia , she was very helpful.
