It was closed …Sunday. Used the self return function. I’m sure they would have been helpful. Should add an “N/A” option.
John LI had an appointment for 8 AM and no one was available or contacted me, I was told to come back at 10AM and when I returned no one was available. Then it took 20 minutes trying to get a hold of the person in charge. I only used the vehicle for 1 hour, your data sheet shows I returned it later than I returned it, I did not receive any paperwork or documents until after I returned the truck. The hand truck you charged me for wasn’t even present or available. The truck had less than a half tank of gas, you asked for before and after pictures after I had already returned the truck. The complete process from beginning to end was unsatisfactory and not like the U-Haul I used to know and use.
