Tire blow less thank 30 min when we were riding
tyese dI was offered an earlier pickup from a different location because the one located right by me wouldn't have one available. This was a huge inconvenience because for several days I thought I was picking up from there. Then I get a call 2 days prior to pickup offer me a bigger truck or a different location. Neither of which I needed. I agreed to go to the new location a day earlier. Then the next day I get a call offering me a bigger truck and that I could pick it that day. Neither of which I need, being on a strict schedule. I said I would keep the new location and I would pick it up earlier that day. When I got to the new location it was not a Uhaul. It was a corner store and I was very concerned for me and my daughters safety. I did pick up truck. It wasn't very clean and there was a front light out. So I immediately took it to the location I was originally supposed to pickup from. They told them told me they couldn't do anything for me because they didn't have any trucks to swap it out for. That I could take it to another location to have the front light fixed or to keep the high beams on in order to have all the lights working. SMH! There was no way I could do that. I had to get loaded up on the road to AL. For the amount I paid for this truck, everything should have been in proper order. I use Uhaul all the time being a military family, but I will not after this experience. No discount or real resolution was provided.

Jalen RThey charge me extra fees that I don’t know where they come from and try to call them back to get answers and never answer the phone , it look like the scam with the prices , they tell u the regular rate fee and then they charge extra for nothing , I already repot it to my bank , the rate suppose to be 49$ for the truck and 1.19 a mile then they charge me this plus 99$ rental charge don’t know where they coming from try to call them ten times never answered
