I did have to go into the office to drop off the lock and the keys. The person in the office was very nice and helpful.

ROBERT WI fully understand that employees need to take a lunch break. Another u-haul dealer located the truck we needed and made the reservation for us for 12:30pm pick up. When we arrived at 12:10pm, the office was closed with a notice saying out to lunch until 1pm. There is no mention on the websites hours that they CLOSE or MAY close from noon to 1pm for lunch. Other than this inconvenience, they were 5⭐️ all the way.
