FRANCES GDear U-Haul Team, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent rental experience. My pickup location had the truck ready, but unfortunately not the car trailer. I had to visit two separate locations before finally securing the trailer, which added over two hours to my trip. This lack of coordination was frustrating and could have been avoided with better internal communication. Additionally, at each location I visited, staff members openly blamed U-Haul and spoke negatively about the company. That kind of commentary doesn’t inspire confidence and reflects poorly on the brand. I hope you’ll consider improving coordination between branches and encouraging more professional communication from your teams. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.
