Vehicle has had check engine light both times I rented.Most recently Truck stalled on highway. Full stop while gear was in drive. Transmission slips while driving. Knew of this issue with that particular truck and tried to rent a different vehicle but had to call customer service in the morning since no vehicle was assigned. I was re assigned the death truck.

Marius LHad some trouble on the app picking up the van l. I had to take my photo and license photo several times but other than that I enjoyed the ease of doing the rental online and the return process was quick and easy.
Pamela MThe van was dirty. The door was broken and we had to wait a few HOURS for someone to come and fix it.
