The vehicle itself was extremely dirty and unkept. There were multiple alarms going off including low tire pressure and sensor issues. This location failed to provide any instruction which caused issues towards the end of my reservation. They were also kind of rude and did not respect my time. I will not be going back to this location and wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location.

The steering has a serious issue … if I had a choice I wouldn’t pay for that service … The truck needs some repairs ..

But I strongly believe it should have been more money for the simple fact that we had to dig the van out of the snow. The it was no longer snow, it had turned the ice. We had to dig that out. It took us hours to take it out. And then we had the pace, and when those to help us the overworld I like using you home that experience was not good. I believe strongly. Someothat ne should have been there a day before to make sure everything was well. We were late and the party we were supposed to attend arrived an hour late.
