No problem with the location or equipment at all excellent service, only issue I had is they offered me a military discount when I reserved, I called to change the size of the trailer and the discount never got applied. The pick up location said they couldn’t, I needed to call back the reservation center then they told me they don’t offer military discounts.

Annette CHave the equipment cleaned and take care of the customer right away. The check in system wasn’t working properly and it wasted time.
Vishal GThe Uhaul representative improperly connected the trail. The chain was apparently too low, and it touched the floor, which caused sparks and damaged the chain. Had my trip been longer, I would have had to change the trailer. The brake could have broken altogether, which would have been extremely dangerous. When I returned the trailer, I explained all this to the receiving Uhaul rep. Thank you.
