One of the confusing things about rentals is sometimes you are asked to verify a serial number but they don't match.....or it is actually wanting confirmation on the tag number. I felt like this may have happened to me but I acknowledged it and went on since the toy hauler I picked up was the only one there. I think the verification was for the tag number maybe starting with BT but I read it as serial number which starting with TR. Cannot remember. Just something to check because this same scenario happened to me 3 months ago on another trailer.
