Pick up easy allowed me to take pics and upload all on phone....drop off said I didn't have rental and was very hard and store had 1 employee...no iPad had to use her personal phone and poor cell phone coverage. Ginger(was very courteous and helpful) thankfully req transfer and found us as even though uhaul sent me the address we dropped off as drop off location.

Found old French fries in cab and dash covered with dirt
James LThe mobile check in was perfect and easy. Maybe change the steps. I had to walk to the back of the parking lot to “find my truck” then walk back to the front to get the keys. But overall great service.
