I was advised the location was open at 9am but when I arrived after that time the place was locked and 2 people outside the location had to call. The tie down ratchets were hard to loosen to remove the vehicle from the tow dolly. I felt they needed to be replaced and I told the person where I returned the equipment.

The truck had trash in the cab and broken glass in the back. When I picked up the truck it had a quarter of a tank of gas and the contract had 3/8 in it. Instead of dropping off the truck in Troy, AL. where I requested they sent me to Highland Home, AL. This was out of my way about 35-40 miles.
