I am 62 and have used uhaul many times before, this time was a frickin nightmare!!! I made the reservation online! Then to make sure they had a 20 ft truck i called the day before. I was assured it would be there. The morning i was to pick up, nobody anywhere had a 20 ft truck! The lady i spoke with said, let me locate one and I will call you back. During that time I "myself " found one close to me that had been turned in an hour prior! On my way to pick it up, I get an email from uhaul, canceling my order!!!!!!! So instead of my callback, they just canceled me!!! I found my own 20ft truck without any help and moved my stuff from Louisiana to Kentucky! NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE UHAUL!!!! if you can't help someone, you don't just cancel them!!!! They didn't even try!!!! It was a vert stressful situation!!! I am 63 and my husband has cancer!! Just saying, if I different circumstances it might not have been so bad . But in my situation, IT WAS BAD!!!!
