bassam mHorrible experience with this location - from pick up to return. Upon return they indicated I didn't fill up my tank and assessed a fuel charge thankfully I had proof and was able to reverse the charge: overall wouldn't recommend this location.
UMAR KI had a great experience
YILLIAN SFirst off when I arrived on time for my reservation, the store was not open. They didn’t have the key inside the lock box and I had to wait 30 minutes for the store to open up and them to give me the key. I’m lucky I speak a little bit of Spanish or else I would’ve been screwed. The trucks transmission is totally shot and the mirror on the passenger side is super loose, causing it to open up limiting full vision for the driver while driving. When I didn’t put the car exactly back in the spot I was given an attitude by the owner. Definitely gonna try everything in my power to avoid this location.
