The only thing i have to say is that we did not get the equipment we ordered. I had placed the order, and my husband picked it up. He was not aware it was the wrong equipment. He had met her to get the keys early, and I went back with him later to get the truck. Needless to say, I was not happy. IF she had mentioned to him the equipment was not as ordered, we may have had time that day to find alternative equipment. We had to take time out of our day the next day and drive an hour away to get a trailer and still had to leave part of our belongings in Georgia. Normally we get a call the day before - we never received that call. We had to leave about $1000 worth of property all because we did not get the equipment we ordered and needed. We were making a permanent move and closed on the home we were leaving the next day, so we were on a very tight schedule. Just really poor customer service all around.

On arrival at drop off location, was told by personnel there should have been 2 rear tie down chains not included. Thankfully, trip was uneventful.
Ray RNo other U-haul dealer in Jesup were in the office. I checked two days straight, and I also called the numbers that were posted on the doors. No one answered.
JOHN SI would not recommend Hall Storage location on Lane Bridge Road because the lady does not leave up to date messages on her business phone. She is more interested in running family airings and not being at the place of business. She has posted instruction for everyday business operating hours on her business door. Once I did get to talk to her she promise a meeting time at her location. Then she decided to text me back with a different time (3:00 PM). Then she texted me once again stating that I did not have an appointment to meet her time schedule and that she would meet me at 4:15 PM and I texted her back stating that the time was to late and I did no longer need her services. She texted me back stating" why was I so upset and that I did not have an appointment. I stated never mind again and I had found another dealer in Jesup, GA.
JOHN HThe "Open" sign on the door was not lit up and the door was locked when I arrived, but there was someone inside who helped me get my trailer hooked up and settled the charges. She was friendly and very helpful.
