The additional fees and taxes were not clearly explained when reserving the truck. There was no dolly, and it was not explained there would be an additional charge to request one. (A dolly should be standard for a moving vehicle.) The positive thing I can say about this experience is that the truck itself was clean and well maintained, and I can say the person who gave me the keys to the rental was very kind.
