Absolutely nothing! The process was quick and smooth and your representative was courteous, professional and very attentive to our needs.
Bill MOur employee had a bad experience. The tow dolly was bouncing all over the place and blew off a lug nut and had some damage to their vehicle. The dolly was dropped off before reaching their destination so as to not lead to further issues and damaage.
