I was not informed that an in-town rental required that the vehicle be dropped off at the same location. I was able to pick the drop off location. My final receipt had a $262 charge for not dropping it off at the same location. U-Haul is not transparent about this and when I spoke to customer service, I was told that it was my fault and they would not refund any of the money. This is bad business, and I won't be renting another truck from U-Haul. There are other truck rental companies. I recommend everyone does the same.

Was ok except I go in ask where to drop the trailer they tell me thats all I need to do next day getting emails and texts asking where the trailer is this is after I asked if I needed to sign anything showing i dropped off the trailer
DAVID CTake your rentals to a new location/operator. Out of 5 people Noone knew what to do. Took my phone logged me into your site and had me go and check myself back in. Took 25 mins of my time even called their uhaul rep to finish. Noone spoke English enough to understand!!!! And was really rude!!! Then wanted my phone back to log out. Told him No! Worst place to go to! Stay away! Girls on phone even said who knows and hung up on me. All around Very Bad Rental location!!!!!!!! Shame on me! Don't be like me, now you know......Go somewhere else.
