This was the most unprofessional location I have ever been to and the entire experience with Uhaul for this move has been a nightmare. For starters, my original location changed to this current one because they did not have the truck that I needed for move in day. However, my time was changed from 8am to 10am because the workers would not be there until 10am. Well, at this location, there are no workers present whatsoever. I had added 2 dollys and furniture pads to my order and the woman on the phone said that she would need to be there in order to get those to me, luckily I ended up not needing them, but that is besides the point. The location is a shack and she also needed 2 people of reference for my rental in case I "didn't return the truck". Overall, the pickup process for this truck was so complicated and inconvenient.
Carrie G1st - Got to the location and tried to log into the app. The app said that there was a problem on their end and to try later. After waiting 10 minutes it was not working. I had to have my friend down load it on his phone to log in. 2nd - Got logged in and the location of the business is not correct on GPS. We had to drive 0.2 mile down the road and pull into a driveway to start the process and then drive back to complete it. 3rd - The app did not show us the code to get the key. It said to go inside and ask an associate for assistance. The business did not open until 10:00 am, so we chatted with an agent and they just told use to call the 800 number. After being on hold for a while, we finally got the code. 3rd - When taking pictures through the app they were not showing up. So I decided to just back out and try again. When I went back the pictures were there. Took a while to figure out what was happening with the pictures. Finally at 8:50 we were able to drive out with the truck after getting there at 8:00. 4th - Upon return the truck we again had to go down the road to start the check in process since the GPS was wrong on the location of the business. 5th - The business states hours of 10:00 - 3:00 on Saturday, they were not open at all.
