The people who have the rental place were soo friendly and everything went smoothly on the rental process. I can’t speak for others but this is by far the best place I’ve ever rented from.

I spent an hour trying to get the U-haul in my possession due to the lengthy process.
Taylor PThis was not the original location I was supposed to be picking my UHual up at. The original location did not have it ready. I had to call and talk to customer support so they could figure out what to do. It put me behind over an hour. I even had to drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way. Then we we finally did get the UHual it has no gas in it. Barely enough to make it to a gas station. I definitely will not be renting a U-Haul again. I will go with another company.

Now that I am back home in Southern California, I still fondly remember Paula's kindness, generosity, and genuine concern during a difficult time for my family.
