I reserved a utility dolly which was not made available to me. I called in on 10/7 and was hung up on by customer service. Had to go to another location to rent a dolly and pay a $50.00 deposit on top of the rental fees. I was told the dolly would not be charged to me and yet when I received my final bill on 10/10 it was charged to me. I called in and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Joe who insisted I was not charged the 7.00 fee. He left me on hold. I had to call back to customer service and request the fee be removed. I was also charged for fuel even though I didn't use enough fuel for the gage to come off a 1/2 tank. I had to call in several times to have my concerns addressed. The first customer service rep I spoke to on 10/7 was rude and appeared annoyed with my call. The first customer service rep I spoke to on 10/10 also appeared annoyed with my phone call.

Employee was rude and curt. Dropped off truck within normal business hours was told that the office was already closed even though business hours posted on same door stated otherwise. employee then started to lie while checking truck back in stating that he had try to contacted me several times and told me otherwise, he had called only once to verify I knew correct drop off location. Would not recommend location to others.

I have been going to this location for over two years and it is the only one i will ever use until i move duty stations. I went to another location because it was at my storage location YOG and they did not help me at all. They had nothing for me. I went to Nook N Cranny and of course they didn't have my request either. Yet, Hillary Laake made sure that she got me into a Uhaul that day. I thank you her so very dearly seeing that I had only been in town from rotation to Korea and I was tired. She is the customer service rep that keeps businesses in business. She showed great concern when I told her about my situation and made sure I left there with something and happy with minimal to no stress. YOG storage actually lost a customer of over two years for such poor customer service. I removed all of my belongings and closed my account with them even though I did not want to do so. I do not know the female that was working at YOG but I've never seen her before. Terrible service. Thank you Hillary Laake. Once I get get my new house situated I will be sure to only use Nook N Cranny for everything and give my future referrals to them only as well.

I had reserved a Cargo Van for 7 days several weeks ahead of needing it. When I arrived that morning - 9 am Wednesday - I was told that I had to have it back by 9 am the following Tuesday. By my calculations, this only allowed me to have it for 6 days. I needed it for part of Tuesday to unload and return the van. This is why I reserved it for 7 days. Because of this "misunderstanding" - the Cargo Van was no longer available to me. I was offered a 10 foot truck at the same price. Having no choice - I was heading out to a Trade Show - I agreed. The truck drove just fine, but was impossible to fuel correctly. If the gas went in faster than a trickle, it clicked off. Apparently something wrong with the sensor. When I called back (from a State away) I was told that they had not received any comments about this problem and I should check with the gas station attendant. Over the next 6 days and 8 service stations and 3 attendants - the situation never changed. Gas could only be put in at a trickle taking 20 minutes to fill up. When I returned the truck and told them of this - the response was "well, this truck could be going to Florida next". ??? When I pointed out that I only had this truck for 6 days instead of any part of the 7th day - I was told that this is how they've always done it. I will be needing a Cargo Van again next year (I attend an annual Trade Show). I will be sure to rent it from a location and company that understands that 7 days is not 6 days.
