It was very difficult to get the vehicle off and we had originally booked it at a different location so this added an hour round-trip to our move

Trailer tires were aired unevenly/improperly prior to pickup (20 PSI difference). The tire looked flat once the trailer was loaded, but held air after filling which means it was just not properly checked or maintained. The person at the location was away “at the store” at the time of my appointment and was not there to assist in the pickup and connecting of the trailer. Why make an appointment if the location won’t provide a person to be there at that time?

Brad MYour service sucked none of the phone numbers were real on the building until I went online your trailer was dented and rough and very sub bar the tires were 1/2 tread. Step your game up.
