I had a leaky trailer. It rained while l was moving and my mattress which was near the front of the trailer got wet. It shouldn’t have. This mattress is expensive. I’m not happy about that

First was supposed to pick up my truck after hours, and gave me a combo to open the truck and after hour of trying I gave up. Lock wouldnt open. Wasted time and gas. So had to come back In morning , they rented me a truck with no gas and now just got final bill and they charged me gas even tho I left it low like they did. They also overcharged me on mileage, I took a pic when I dropped it off. So basically overcharged me 90$. I rent all the time and have to rent another truck in 2 weeks and probably wont be coming back to uhaul.

The customer service I received from the employees at this location was beyond unprofessional. A piece of furniture was mistakenly left in the truck and I would think someone would call to see if it was a mistake or not but instead it was just thrown in the trash and there was no communication. I called the location and spoke to John Collins who told me I was charged a cleaning fee for the item and at the same time openly laughed about it, explained to me that it is not up to him to determine whether it’s trash or a mistake and admitted he was the one who threw it away. I look forward to hearing directly from uhaul corporate office in regards to this as I am very upset about how this was handled. As a moving company you should be groomed to handle these type of situations as best you can as moving is stressful and I do not believe your employees are, and that they are lazy and don’t really care about anything other than their paycheck.

Moe at this location is very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. The only thing I see is the overall cleanliness of the van I rented was really dirty. Had to clean dirt out the back before I could load, the cab was dirty also.

When I came to pick up the van that I had reserved, they did not have one. They provided me a van who was occupied by a heavy smoker which really bothered me. The service there was good however, these two points that I have made really bothered me.

I would not recommend U Haul to any one. It took an hour and a half to rent 2 trucks mostly because I wanted documentation that my employees were listed / covered with insurance on the trucks. When we returned the trucks the person we returned the trucks to told my employee the paper work was conflicting and in the end ultimately did not charge for an additional day truck rental on 2 trucks but he had to research the paperwork and I spent 20 minutes (called out of a meeting) trying to get help from the Jupiter end but Ben and Mo were not available as they were working with customers and who ever I spoke at Jupiter yesterday told me I "only rented 1 truck!!!!!!!" Mo, Ben at Jupiter were very nice, John was also very nice and helpful in Key West. Personally, I think U Haul's software sucks!!!!!!, I have rented U Haul trucks in the past and it seems always the same. And g-d forbid you ask a question about your insurance, I mean really, let me bring along my Wall Street attorney when I rent so that we can interpret your insurance.... further if you call U Haul corporate even they cannot answer an insurance question. I tried calling U haul corporate about insurance - what a freaking waste of time (and that is a complement). So in general, nice people but they can't fix what U Haul executives screw up, enjoy your G-4' while you forget about the customer and your employees who pull their hair out... And by the way, you asked me. AND PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO USE MY COMMENTS (IN TOTALITY ONLY) IF YOU HAVE THE GUTS, PLEASE ADVISE WHERE I CAN GO SEE MY COMMENTS IT WOULD MAKE MY DAY!
