This rating is specific to U-Haul not bins and pallets. U haul gave me no notification they had changed the pickup location. I had not heard anything from provider so called them. They still did not update info on app. The movers they scheduled never showed up. The truck was dirty in back. Go with another service provider if you need it to move out of state

used the 24 hour rental option. this is just a cow/horse field. look out for any droppings. Gate is shut but no lock. When I figured out the gate was just shut it is easy option for 24 hour return
