We were unable to use the mobile app and after two times of being on hold for 15 minutes each on the provided phone number, the system hung up on us. We had to leave the keys and drive home two hours away - very frustrated with the mobile app and return process when it failed.

The staff member who helped me was by far the best! I didn't catch his name but remember he was white with glasses! An employee came from the back upset about what appeared to be another employee didn't do there job and the guy was ranting and the employee that was assisting me was so professional he kept everything under control and handled the whole situation so professional! He made the uncomfortable situation for me smooth and I'm thankful for him!!!

The service agent was very nice but forgot to give us the furniture pads so we had to go back but he have us free rope and extra miles for our trouble. The only complaint is there should be a better way to calculate the size of truck you need based on inventory because we ended up with a 26' when a 15' would have been plenty.

The trailer and transaction was good and swift. Staff was friendly. But I got charged for the rental twice When I called about it, I got "I'll look into it and get back to you". Still no word from them!

Fairly easy and pain free. Covid has changed they way we are able to live for sure. 5 customers in the store at a time was a challenge on the return. Lots were couples with one driving and the other paying. College move in season also played into this.

I reserved my van a day early and set up the app to ensure a speedy pickup. When we arrived, the app stopped working on one of the last steps of the pickup process. It stopped allowing me to upload photos, so it would not process. We went inside to see if staff could help us, and they didn't know what to do. We also waited a very long time to speak to a staff member. They were understaffed, and the staff present were not in a hurry at all. Once they figured something out, we had been waiting for 50 minutes past our originally scheduled pickup time. Drop-off using the app required a ridiculous number of pictures. It was an arduous process, and it would have been a nightmare had it stopped accepting photos again.

Check in and check out process was very slow. Waited over a half hour to pick up and drop off. Mind you there were only 3 people ahead of me each time.

One staff member was very unhappy which we heard verbalized in the parking lot Upon arrival. The mobile check in process was frustrating, took longer than anticipated, and still required that we go inside and wait for help to get the key. Also, the moving blankets I ordered were not in the truck despite me asking the agent if they were and him saying they were. I had to drive back to the store to get them after discovering they were missing upon arrival at the moving site. I paid by the hour for help at a storage facility so the extra trip back to the store cost both time and money. These issues added to the stress of a moving day. :(

You need more people to check people in and to check people out. You don't allow people to get a utility trailer by phone. The local store does not answer the phone.

Not a single person working at this location had any idea how to do their job and a manager had to walk each one through their tasks with each customer. Everyone was complaining about how long it took to get in and out. It was obvious they haven't been trained properly and the line got longer and longer each minute.

I only wish I could have dropped off at the location closer to my destination but the location on Stadium as not available for drop-off. Staff at the drop-off location was very helpful and quick to assist me.
