The problem is for me; I reserved a truck online but chose the option of checking in, in-person. I get there on my scheduled time only to be told the truck I reserved wasn't there, meaning it was a late return. Even though I ended up getting a truck thank GOD I wasn't in any hurry, point is there's no excuses when it comes to customer satisfaction.Joyce S.

Not be rude in your conversation with your clients. I don't really care about having to pay a $5 cleaning fee, it was they way it was said. A little dirt was spilled and a little bit of salt from bags. Frankly had I known it needed to be brushed out, I would have done it myself before turning it in. Would have taken me all of a minute. To describe it as filthy and more with an attitude was unnecessarily rude. After a long day of moving my parents out of their house, I was not going to argue, just would have appreciated a better attitude.Stephanie G.

I was charged with the safe tow coverage which I did not request when I filled out the reservation online. There were computer problems at the location when I picked up the trailer.Mike M.
Truck smelled like marijuana when I received it. Sign saying rent me was still across windshield as well. Then I was given about 5/16 of a tank which is what I needed to bring it back with. I used the rental contract to try and figure out where the gauge needed to be when I returned it and put another 2 gallons in it which I thought was more then enough as line was a few marks off the 1/4 tank mark. Well it wasn't as the person checking me in marked that it was in 1/4 tank which I know not to be true. To make matters worse he never said anything to me as I was standing there or even when I asked if all was good he didn't tell me. I dropped it off 3 hours early and would have had plenty of time to put in correct level. I didn't find out I got charged for it until after I left when I received my email copy of invoice. The enclosed 5x8 trailer I rented was clean enough but it was pretty beat up. The door functioned poorly, getting caught often both going up and coming down making it very difficult to operate. the left wheel had a wobble causing slot of vibration on the highway.
