It was way out in the country which resulted in our being charged extra because we had to drive there. I called the place with questions, phone unanswered and forwarded to a different number. Extremely frustrating. Places for drop off should be reasonably located.

Nickolas BThe only thing is I had to go farther to pick up and drop off. They gave me a discount For going farther to pick up, but there was two other u haul that I pass the had trailers Sitting on the lot that I could have pick up. Dropping of was some what the same I drop off About 15 miles away and there was one place I could have dropped off 5 miles down the road . So if there’s any improvements I would appreciate a better inventory of equipment and pick up and drop off locations. Thank you for a nice safe experience !
