After-hours drop-off so I had no interaction with the personnel, but the phone number went to a message that did not make it easy to know that you were calling the correct place. The dropbox and UPC card were hard to find and were located a long way away from the trailer drop off area.
Anthony DI got way over charged. I got charged $32 for insurance which they didn't ask and I would have declined> I also got charged $20 for after hours service fee??? I got the trailer at 4:30 on Friday afternoon and returned at 1:05 on Saturday. I got charged for 2 days??? Total charge was $108, ridiculous!!!
Scott SThere was only a quarter tank of gas and estimated 95 miles. It would have been nice to have more whiggle room as becomes stressful when you already have to stop to refill prior to dropping off.
