I cannot recommend a location that was 3 hours from where I really wanted to pick the trailer up yes I got a bit of a discount but I did a lot of running around so I wasn't too impressed. Not sure I'd rent another U-Haul trailer.

Wasn’t clear that I had to download the U-Haul app to get access to the key. I spoke with someone on the phone two days earlier and there was no mention of this. No instructions on where to park my car. The combination lock to get access to the key did not open easily so I was concerned there was a mistake.
Steven GThe interior of the can was dirty, the cargo box was dirty, requiring us to sweep it out before loading our furniture.
LEEANNE mI would not recommend U-Haul at all they way over charged for fuel gave me a truck with barely quarter tank of fuel then charged me to fill it up and then as if fuel isn't high enough they charge 30.00 extra I guess for them to fill it crooks
