I had a terrible experience with this U-Haul company they overcharged me for a truck that I rented that was on empty when I got it and it only ran 25 mi per hour I was terrified moving my belongings as far as being pulled over by the police because the truck would only go 25 mph put down $100 deposit when I returned the truck the representative at the location I got the truck from said that I had no money that was returnable unto me for the $100 I put down and then said that I owe you whole $51 because I went over the mileage so this is a complaint to U-Haul now my driver's license if I want to go to U-Haul to rent again I can't because my driver's license is tagged because you all is saying that I went over the mileage and owe you whole $51 and that should not be because that truck was terrible and I would like for somebody from you know to reach out to me you have my contact information which my phone number is 815-674-5938 so that that tag could be removed off of my driver's license from U-Haul please respond quicklySHARRIE M.

No particular issue with the location, but I do have an issue with Uhaul itself. I was to pickup my truck at 8am before the store opened. The customer service reps I was chatting with online stopped responding. I called Uhaul multiple times and got a recording saying "The number or code you have dial is incorrect." This went on for over an hour and my movers were already at my house waiting for me to bring the truck. I did not get my truck until 10am, when the store opened. If the self check in process is not going to work, or you all are having tech issues, or whatever, a call back to your customers or an online notice would be considerate to our time, money, and patience. It was a completely frustrating experience. The gentleman that works in the store was great. Again, he did nothing wrong and this is not a reflection of his services.Ean R.

Actually have the gas filled not at 3/4 and was told it was full. Preventive maintenance on the steering of the vehicle would be beneficial to prevent an accident for future customers. The truck we rented was horrible with the front end and steering capabilities traveling via the interstate.sheila W.

Theres a brand new facility down the street. This is run out of an auto shop and the guys are a little rough (a lot of foul language can be heard from the back) and the place is run down. The trailers were all in a field, where it was obvious others had gotten stuck. Thankfully the one I rented was right by the paved road. Just not a very good reflection of the kind of place I would expect uhaul to do business out of.James D.

I think its 100% crap that if you do a 2 way reservation and turn your truck in early you get refunded, but if you rent 1 way and turn in early you dont get a refund. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.Jesse R.
