The truck was not stocked with all of the items ordered and we were not notified ahead of time. This was a self check out so I could only call the main UPS number. The truck cab also had trash in it and was almost on empty so I had to get gas right away. I then had to drive 20 miles to another open UPS location to get the items I needed. Adding to my days delay was the self check in process. It took a lot of time. By the time I got to the location, checked in to get the keys, called UPS, got gas, drove to another location to get missing items and got to my house, I lost almostt 2 hrs. During this time, the movers I hired per hour, were waiting for an hour doing nothing and I had to pay them $75 more because of this dealy caused by UHaul. To add on, after being told by 3 different UHaul peoe.that I'd be reimbursed or not charged for the missing items, I was charged and had to spend hours trying to get service to get reimbursed which finally occurred. Basically I had to rent the equipment at the 2nd location and be reimbursed by the 1st. It was about $33.00.Bruce H.

Ash tray was in the granny's attic of the cab, lighter left in cup holder. Was told I could drop off Saturday and put key in box and I would not be charged for 2 days because they have cameras. When I got the bill I was overcharged $60 for 2 days insurance, 2 days rental. Location said they would make it right, it made me mad. Your website left me with the impression that a larger truck would be available there the week before but website changed the location. I am glad that I am done with needing uhauls because if you look at my account I"ve rented a lot of trucks from you since December of 2021.Tracey V.
Customer service was absolutely horrible. I called to get help with the mobile pickup I was told to just watch the video and the Customer service rep. Was so rude and just didn't come across as helpful. I couldn't upload the pictures of the dirty truck and broken mirror for some reason the app wouldn't take thr pictures. I lost an hour just trying to get the box unlocked.ANTONIO B.
The only issue I had was the mileage was wrong on that truck my daughter followed me in my car had less miles on it black truck and I noticed a couple times and mileage clicked and I haven't even went a quarter of a mile I did let the tenant know something is not right with thatSARAH B.
