I did not know that upon renting at this location that I would not be able to return the truck to a regular U-Haul location. Therefore, I was charged more miles than absolutely necessary. So I think in the future it needs to be made clear that the vehicle needs to be returned back to the original location. And also, when I went to return the truck, the lady who was there, wouldn't even let me inside. She opened the door asked if I was here to check in a truck, my hand and I said yes. She took the key out of my husbands hand, said she'd check it in and email us the receipt and then closed the door. Very rude and very unprofessional. I'll never rent from here again and I would never recommend it to anyone else.

Man at the desk was really nice the truck was filthy nastiest truck I've ever been in been using U-Haul my whole life for various things there were even a dirty pair of socks behind the drivers seat
EBONIE BIt looks like they are not going to be a company that will be able to offer UHauls min. ‘standards’ unless they hire another person to work the U-Haul counter, one in the office and one to make sure equipment, trailers and trucks are out the door and working properly. We rented a trailer too and no one was there to check the correct ball size, lights working, to sign the paperwork etc. they just let us go out in the yard and get it… and drive off! Now we are savvy and no what we are doing…, We consider our home U-Haul location Woodard Mercantile in Andover, KS an excellent example…they have taught us over the years everything we need to know when we rent one! We believe the manager should have been there ( he was available by phone) and answered many questions the new hire had! The truck and trailer were not as clean or as nice as we had hoped but they served a purpose! The only issue we have is the charge of fuel! Our truck had half a tank of fuel straight up when we got in, so we went in to tell them and they said they would note that ! When we returned the truck, we made sure we put in more fuel than when we rented it - on our emailed receipt, they showed we put in less than and showed at the half mark. We only went 45 miles and we put in 6.45 gal of gas in! They charged us for 2 more gal. They are saying this truck only gets 5.29 mpg really??? Now this is a beautiful facility- the people are awesome!!! But they need more training or more help to be successful! We were in the facility 40 min to rent our truck, people behind us 20 min and they were unhappy. But this could be very successful organization for UHaul
Darren SCustomer service was outstanding! The only thing was that the back of the Uhaul truck, there were some slick spots. I'm thinking the previous user must have spilled some grease or something. I did let the guy know about it and he said he will take care of it. Other than that, I would DEFINITELY come back to this location
MARCUS SCan improve nothing. Rented a car hauler, went to pick it up and unfortunately the battery died in my truck. Derek at Uplift self storage (the u-haul dealer) was very patient and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
