What's with the bull crap charging I had to go way out my way to get the truck wasn't where u told me to pick it up and I was on the bus after I get there they didn't have the 15 foot I reserved then u kept my deposit and first I owed 11 dollars then u send a email asking for 43 dollars for WHAT after all u haul put Me through what a joke u guys owe me

DUZAGHI TNot happy with service they charged my card for fuel when I put fuel in there then was told I dropped the truck off late when indeed it was dropped off the same night of purchase around 11:30 pm instead of 5am the next day this u haul location will rip u off the lady manager is rude and unprofessional
