I answered yes to the above questions, however, because this is not a U-Haul location but rather a ''dealer'' location, I haven't been inside the location and I believe this was their first truck drop off makikng it hard to comment at this point. THat being said, everything went well upon drop off however, the address given to me was wrong and was mentionned to a phone rep.
