First drop, no one there so did the online drop off instructions and second drop off there was no room and was asked to drop off down the road at another location. And the fact that we were asked to haul a trailer with us from our pickup location when the drop off location was packed and was unable to accept the drop off. Glad we said heck no. No more uhaul for us!
