The truck was clean and ready right at my scheduled pickup time, which made the whole process stress-free. Drop-off was just as smooth and quick. I really appreciate how easy they made everything. Brad RWhile the staff at this location was very friendly, the check-in procedure was beyond frustrating and convoluted. I checked in early online. When I got to the counter, I had to check in again. The employee informed me the vehicle walk around is performed in the app. So I was forced to download the app, create an account, and go through the entire check-in process for a third time. This entire process took way too long and wasted my time. The employee should be documenting the condition of the truck in the fuel level. If I have to check your vehicle for damage and fuel level, a big discount is needed. I am not an employee. This is not my job. I should not have to re-input information three times to get a freaking truck for the day.
