Originally set up my mobile pickup for 8AM Keys weren’t left in lock box for me to pick up. Was told by customer service that had to go back at 10am when the office opened. Went back at 10am and the office was closed. Called customer service and was told the lady who takes care of the U-Haul was out of the office. Eventually someone showed up and I was able to pick up the U-Haul. Never again doing business with this location. Poor customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Monday, 4/14, I went to office several times. Sign said open, it was within business hrs posted on door but nobody was there. Called # on door, lady answered but said to just leave trlr there she would check in when she got there. I asked if I was going to be charged an extra 2 days and why I should not be. She stated that it did not look like I would be charged. Tues, 4/15, I was charged for 2 extra days. I again went to office but nobody was there. Called # on door, lady on phone (office) screen shotted me her managers contact info and told me to contact him for reimbursement as she could not do that. I waited to make sure I gave them time to make the correction. 4/15 I went back to office-still nobody there. I tried to call # on door but no answer. I called the number screen shotted to me. The man was very agitated that I had his number. Was rude, "Well I dont know how you got my number" I explained my issue and his response was, "well let me stop what I am doing, get to an area and check on this". He did state that the correction was completed the day prior. I informed him that I had not received any email to that effect. A short time later, the email came thru. Note: The Bay Area Scheduler I spoke with on the phone on Friday would not help me with problem either.

Moises MThe truck was in good condition, but the extras we asked for were not in the truck and the tank had absolutely no gas in it at all! It took us over an hour to get a connection to unlock the lock box to get the keys to the truck. Not a good experience.
