I had to drive 70 miles to pick up the truck after the guaranteed location which was one mile away from home got cancelled saying equipment issue . Very bad to spend gas and time because U-Haul does not care .I received the truck mobile pick up at night where the light was not sufficient to see the combination numbers . The truck front included the front windshield is muddy. I had to stop by the gas station to clean them to able to drive .. Additionally the 24/ 7 help was night mare and do not care .

I returned the truck by the time it was supposed to be returned and the staff charged me for another day. I checked my online receipt and it says it wasn't checked back in until after 7pm. I returned it a little before noon. I definitely would not recommend coming to this location to anyone.
Irene ZLaura at check out was excellent. However no one helped us put the trailer on, check to make sure that it was hooked up correctly or that everything was working. When we go home to load car, the car carrier only had a single strap, the ratchets were so rusted that they were extremely difficult to tighten and one of the lights wasn't working because a wire was loose. Quite frankly, this trailer should have never been rented and every vehicle should be checked my an employee before leaving the facility. We picked it up on our way back to Los Angeles after moving stuff near King City. We were 5 hours away from where we rented it or we would have returned it. We rented it there because Uhaul told us the only car carrier near us was 1 1/2 hours out of our way. I cannot believe that there were ) carriers in all of the San Fernando Valley.
KENNETH UOne problem I had was the fact that U,Haul has sparse pickings for trucks in the Salinas Valley and Monterey. I really wanted a 20 ft truck and a car carrier and was assured that one would be available. I got a call the day before and was offered one 58.2 miles away (one way), so a total of 116.4 miles with an offer of only 45 miles credit. I would have drive back and to even load it. None of the locations had one: King City, Soledad, Salinas, Castroville, or Monterey.(there are several stores there) and don't have a decent pick of trucks at any location U-Haul overall does not take care of them.
