We arrived at 8:00AM to pick up the rental trailer, nobody there. We called several times, no answer, stood around and waited nearly 15 minutes, just as we were ready to drive away, a man came walking across a parking lot carrying a bag of trash. Once inside, the man could barely communicate as he didn't speak much english.

RICKY VDidnt not speak any english , didnt hok up trailer right almost lost it off my ball didnt go though lights or give me any kinfa of paper work when i took it or anything when i dropped it off , rented a few trailers just in the last few weeks and i will never go back there !
