This was not my drop off location . The location for drop off was Radcliff KY and they were EXCELLENT. I didn't even have to walk in, the guy met me outside and instantly solved any issues I thought I may have from the KINGSTREE SC location and insured me it was all taken care of. Was done and out of there within 5 minutes. Wonderful job.

CORAY Ethis pick up point was not the issue. the fact that uhaul did NOT have a truck where i needed to pick it up from and had to do an hour of running around and travel before even picking up the truck. i should Not have had to make multiple phone calls nor make trips to two different cities. Then to get hit with mileage that was out of my control, because your company did not have a truck closer even with two weeks notice! if i could score uhaul itself with a 0 that is what id do/ no wonder you make so much money...you rip people off.
