Trashy place where trailer was. Not a good representation of Uhaul. Sign inside store said "we do not help with hooking up equipment". Owner of store said he would not help but then he did. We found a 2x4 lumber piece to put under tongue and to lift up and froward to my truck ball. Not safe.Trailer very dirty inside and out. No inspection of trailer or lights. One tire was very low. Was not filled.

Rental pick up didn't had option to pay by card as it wasn't working. I had to get $100 cash for payment. I was also charged $4 fees for getting cash.

Service was slow. Rental van was not easily accessible. Gas levels were inaccurate, and mileage driven was incorrectly reported, adding to the total cost. There was no actual contract signed, and no walkaround. He just handed me the key and pointed. Also, the "rental" section is in the same corner of the store as all of the pornography.

Took an hour to get the truck because another customer came and the guy that rents Uhaul started arguing with another customer so It took almost an hour for the guy to rent me the truck delay of my day. I returned it an hour and a half early and they charged my daughter's account twice.

the agent seemed tense, belligerent, and uninformed.. I was charged for gas and service fee even though I stopped and filled up the tank to the level it was when I picked up the truck. The truck itself was fine, but my experience was extremely poor

Your system always gives incorrect info on availability. I had to cancel my booking for 6x12 and rented 5x8. When I searched online, I see $19,95 a day for 5'x8' trailer, but the actual price is different.

The rear light was out on the trailer and tire was flat. They sent me over to U-Haul of Kirkland to fix. I had to wait to get everything fixed which set me back quite some time as Kirkland location was extremely busy. The folks at Kirkland U-Haul are great but what a horrible experience!

These people do not speak English and do not understand English. They made it very difficult both times, first just to inquire, one week prior how they manage return, they know nothing. Then when actually returning and parking where they said this large 26' truck goes, now they do not want it here, but over there - somewhere not even on their own property. FAIL/Avoid.

After having my reservation changed 3 times by the call center, I finally went into the the UHaul store. The man there was actually helpful and got me a truck, in a location that worked for me. so 4 reservation changes... I did the express check in online. paid, before I arrived. The man at the totem lake food store barely spoke english. He kept stopping helping me to help customers coming in. He did not know how to work the computer system. He told me I hadn't paid even though I showed him my online banking that showed a charge from that morning to Uhaul for the same amount of my reservation. He was on the phone 2 separate times with Uhaul customer service trying to figure out how to process my reservation even telling this gentleman i had not paid when I in fact he confirmed I did. it took over 40 minutes to get the keys to the truck despite having done express check in. when I went out to get the truck and was handed the keys I noticed the truck was backed in to where there was a solid cement block in between the back tire and the bumber, the truck was essentially sitting on. not wanting to have to deal with the "customer service representative" again I spent another 10 minutes back and forth to be able to get the truck out. This whole ordeal set my moving start time back an hour, when I was on a time schedule. I had to stop moving mid move to pick my daughter up for school, and in turn we were late for the disney on ice show I had bought us tickets for. Thanks a lot Uhaul and friends.

The district manager in Bothell is a real jerk. I would never deal with him again just a complete ass. Unit he hooked me up with was in my opinion unsafe as well as inadequate. When I informed him of such he said I would have to cancel and do new application and pick up unit the following day! totally unacceptable as I had drove over 1.5 hours to get to location to pick up unit. I needed to leve the area that evening to begin my journey. Fortunately the individual at totem lake food store realized my problem and was able to substitute a like sized unit that was more road worthy, good guy!! I made reservation for 11:45 for 4 hours, when picking up the vehicle I was told the vehicle needed to be back before 330 since at 330 it was rented again. According to my clock that's not 4 hours which made me uncomfortable while doing my project. Upon return I asked the person that I returned the vehicle to at the U- haul dealership for them to check the mileage which they refused to do. They said I'd get a email. Not Customer Service!!!!!!

1. Clean the trucks - the cab and the box were dirty; the cup holders had stick liquid in it and there was miscellaneous paperwork left on the dashboard from a previous rental. 2. The check-in/check-out area was hidden behind a wall of snacks. it wasn't clear where to go upon entering the business. 3. The check-out paperwork said that the tank was 1/4 full. The tank was actually 3/8 full and the person doing the walk-throgh with us said to return it with 3/8 full, not 1/4 like the paperwork said. We did what he said, but our check-in paperwork showed 1/4 full tank again...
