The owner of the store where this uhaul is an added business is efficient, the truck was clean and all was as expected. What I didn't like was there was no " thank you for using this establishment." Lacking a happy face and not showing or telling me they are grateful that i am using their establishment left me feeling empty and somewhat unhappy . Showing above and beyond customer service with a smile and helpful posture goes a long way. Life is too short not to show up to work with a happy face and pleased that people are using your place off business. There are plenty of other businesses I can go to with my money.

There was nothing wrong with the location, but the phone check in process made me never want to use u-haul again. A few months ago when we moved, my husband was the driver (same age, different ethnicity) and it was super quick to get approval through the phone. This time it took almost half an hour to go through the check in process once I arrived at the truck. They asked me to verify my address even though I scanned in my drivers license and I provided that info when booking. The asked me for 2 emergency contacts and their relationship and then actually called those people to verify I wasn't lying about their relationship to me. Add this to the slow text response from the agent and this interrogation process cut into the precious time we needed for hauling. If this information is standard for everyone, it could be obtained during the booking. I have a stellar driving record and rental history and this process made me feel like uhaul didn't want to rent the vehicle to me. Well, at least now I can say that I don't want to rent from uhaul either.

Convenient location. Store and pick up location can use a remodel - the parking lot is in bad shape. According to the manager the u-haul website created the wrong rental price, which was uncomfortable to have to sign for the rental.

I used the UHaul App to check in. I went inside with the keycode but the owner didn't understand and tried to start a reservation. After about 15 minutes, and a phone call to UHaul in which the owner asked me to speak to the representative due to a language barrier and a lost voice, the UHaul rep told the owner to give me the keys. Other than that the store was a dusty mess. I wouldn't go there again.

I just wanted to exchange U-Haul’s because they chose the wrong one but instead I got charged $120 for the first one which I just literally drove less than 15 miles before realize this one is way too big and not going to work so I asked if I could exchange them I didn’t know understand they are going to charge me $120 plus at least $80 more so I would like a refund I am extremely unhappy with the service this was never explained to me

They had extra charges on my bill that had to get cleared off. They acted like I was making a big deal out of nothing and told me I was “crazy”. This is the second time I’ve had a 3rd party UHaul dealer try to over charge me (the first time was at Doug’s in Woodinville).

First and foremost the site wouldn't come up so I could see what I was renting and the anticipated rental fees. The truck was not clean, it was filled with trash, took pictures before I put anything in it. The gas in the truck was below a half of a tank and when I returned it, it was approx. 5/8 of a tank. He check on the email that is was returned at 3/8 of a tank. I had to go and find the truck and then, he seemed somewhat irritated to go and move the one that was in blocking this one. Go to the one on 85th in Kirkland, they are online, you see your rental agreement well before you get the truck and you have to sign it. All you get is "see the site won't come up. Totally unprofessional. They quoted me 69.00 and it was 75.65 for the rental.

was ok service but was very slow in getting me setup. nobody was around to even take my trailer and i had to go put it away in their yard for stage nobody to give me receipt . the wife of the owner just said go put it away and when my husband returns you will get a receipt. when i got the email i then i found a charge for insurance that i did not authorize. U-haul is defiantly not what they used ot be and i f i could find trailer rental someplace else i would not ever go back to any U-Haul location. just awful.

Even though we picked a drop off location in Tacoma, we were adamantly told we could drop the truck off at any U-haul location in Tacoma. Even asking, “are you sure because our contract says a specific location”, we were again told “any location is okay”. Well, that was NOT true and caused quite a delay in our return as we went to a location that GPS said was closer!!! Not real happy about that.

The uhaul was parked way off in a corner. They just told me to go find the truck. It was extremely difficult to get the truck out of the parking spot. The old man just glared at us the whole time. Poor service at this location. I'll stick to Woodinville from now on.

Appointment was for 4:00 PM. Operator was not there until 4:30PM. Prior to this, there was confusion in the reservation process. Only one reservation was made, with a specific pick-up location. I received two text messages simultaneously, for the reservation. I did not realize at the time, that there were two separate reservations, as I had only made one! It was odd to me that the pick-up location was different than what I had requested, but thought perhaps the new location was somehow due to it being closer to my billing address. In short, it was confusing, in a stressful period of time.
