The reserved VAN was not available at pick up time. Gave us a truck instead. Had to accept because we were moving from a rental townhouse to our new home. Went to drop off after hours but could not do so because there was NO PARKING SPOT for the truck. Had to return home and bring back the next day adding additional 10+ miles to our total ($$$.) Completely disgusted with BUDGET. Never again!

Really easy pickup. Took less then 10 minutes and counter worker was quick as I did everything online already. Truck was a 2024 15 footer and was clean and in good shape. All charges were correct as well.

GLENN BThey logged the fuel and return date wrong and refused to correct it. This is after providing pictures showing them the mistakes they made. Will was insistent that they did everything correctly. U-haul.com acknowledged the mistake and corrected and refunded the incorrect charges. This location is extremely negligent and should not be apart of the U-Haul family.
