To begin with, they provided me with the wrong vehicle. I had specifically requested a cargo van, but instead, they gave me a regular van. Moreover, the van itself had a check engine light, which was unusual for a vehicle that was practically brand new. The representative assured me that it was just a sensor issue and that they had already performed multiple services on it, but they couldn’t seem to find the problem. This was unacceptable. Additionally, I was double-charged for an extra day. The representative had informed me that I could return the vehicle after hours as long as it was there before the morning of the additional charge. However, I was not satisfied with my overall experience.
