The lady that helped us was very nice and the service was quick.
Noelia CNot a U-haul center. Was a single truck ata nursery. I ordered pads - no pads and no way to get any. Truck floor was dirty. Truck engine light was on. Location closed at noon.
STEPHEN BWhen we rented the truck there was a pair of shoes in the cab that were really stinky and it made the whole cab smell. I put in the survey at the end that the truck wasn’t clean enough for the next family because of this, and then I was charged a $25 cleaning fee! Additionally the location in Google Maps for the uhaul pickup location is in the wrong spot and on the wrong side of the road which can make pickup/drop off a huge hassle, especially in a part of town where there isn’t really any street lights or signage.
Grace MAll trucks were on a dirt lot that seemed to share space with a nursery. The truck shook very badly, the lug nuts were rusted and the AC stopped working halfway through the trip.
