Parking a large truck here was a little difficult as the parking spaces and area to turn into it are small. I said the personnel was helpful but really this was an NA as I used the app and did not interact with anyone.

Had an appointment time guy not at front desk Virtual people harassing and invasive everytime door opened. Took an hour of my time. Front Desk guy said my credit card info out loud in front of people. Rusty lock hard to use on uhaul almost snapped my fingers off.
