We had reservation at 10am on Aug 01 at Willamburg location. But when we reached there to pick the truck. They said we can’t give you the truck due to some technical issue which is so frustrating as we need the truck for moving but on time they canceled it without even informing us. They just wasted our time. But thankfully we managed to get another u haul truck at lorraine location but later in the evening which was so frustrating as we need the truck in the morning.

I booked this truck online with a dolly. When i came over there he told me we have no dolly. And it took him to much time before I could go.
Theo KThe U-Haul website kept going offline and the person supposed to deliver the key for the truck had to try so hard to get it for us. They deliberately did their part well, it’s just the company website that crashed and not even picking up the service phone line. Poor customer service from UHaul itself
